Palmer and Lavia have shared such friendly banters in the past. Earlier this season, after the England international scored four goals in the Blues' 4-2 win over Brighton in the Premier League at Stamford Bridge, all his team-mates signed the match ball with a message. However, it was Lavia's cheeky note that caught everyone's attention as he wrote, "You're a mid player, regardless."
